These terms govern your use of springhome.uk and any order you place with Spring Home. By placing an order, you agree to them.
Orders
All products are made to the measurements you supply, so please check them carefully. A contract is formed once we confirm your order by email.
Pricing & payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout before your order enters production.
Returns
As every item is made to measure, orders cannot be cancelled or returned once production has begun, except where goods are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
