How long does my order take?
Most made-to-measure orders are completed in around 20 working days. Fabric samples are dispatched within a few working days.
Can I order fabric samples first?
Yes — and we'd always recommend it. Order samples so you can check the colour and texture in your own light before committing to your made-to-measure curtains or blinds.
How do I measure my windows?
Each product page includes a measuring guide for that style. If you're unsure, contact us at info@example.com and our team will be glad to help.
What is your returns policy?
Because every item is made to your exact measurements, made-to-measure orders cannot usually be returned unless faulty. Please see our Terms & Conditions for full details.
